You should subscribe if you struggle with grief and/or other messy mental health issues, and are looking for an honest, direct perspective of a fellow human being who struggles with the complexity of grieving and healing.

What do I write about?

I write about my personal experiences dealing with mental health issues while trying to build a career in tech and taking care of my family.

I’m currently not actively seeing a therapist, but I use a combination of CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and meditations, and will be actively trying new strategies to heal.
